Work Conversation: No You Can't Email DVDs

Me: "No. You can't email all of those DVDs."
Them: "Why not?"
Me: "..."
Them: "Well can I email just one?"
Me: "No. You can't. If you could send one, you could just... [sigh]. You can't email DVDs."
Them: "Can you do it for me?"
Me: "DVDs, if those are DVDs, can't properly be sent through email. It's like sending this coffee mug through email."
Them: "Oh. Can we scan them and send? I have to email them."
Me: "No. You have to have the mail room copy and mail them."
Them: "They can email them for me?"
Me: "No. Physical mail."
Them: "Ok. Why can't DVD email?"
Me: "You know the wire that plugs into the internet?"
Them: "Uh huh."
Me: "They don't fit in there."
Them: [After a long pause and I start to walk away] "Ohhh!"
